Staff Nurse (Oncology-Haematology Outpatients Unit)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse (Band 5 equivalent) to join our Oncology-Haematology Outpatients Unit based at our award-winning Cancer Centre in London, W1G 6JA. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £34,714 - £44,458 per annum. We are also offering an attractive £2,000 'Golden Hello welcome' incentive payment to successful candidates who join us. Main duties of the job

Responsible for individualised patient care acting as the named nurse, using a holistic, pro-active and dynamic approach to all patients with oncological/haematological care needs. Provide leadership and motivation and to be flexible in staffing situations, deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurses when necessary. Promote safe practice and professional conduct as well as partnership with patients in their care. Encourage good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the effective care and treatment of patients. Ensure legibility and accuracy of nursing records as well as embracing Meditech and Mosaiq systems. About us
