We're looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedics/Neuro Surgery Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC. As the Staff Nurse, working within our Ortho/Neuro Surgery unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and temporary staff. You'll demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for your own actions, contributing to the setting of clinical standards, policies, procedures, and research-based care initiatives.
