The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a kind and compassionate nurse. They will assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members. Promote excellence and improve standards of nursing care by being involved in audit within the clinical area, including infection control audits. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. About us
