Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in ensuring the residents' holistic needs—physical, psychological, and social—are met. You will create a supportive, safe environment and use your professional judgment to make critical decisions regarding care plans. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of personalised care. This position offers a fantastic range of responsibilities, including administering medications safely and developing bespoke care plans. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement tailored care plans for residents. Ensure safe administration of medication and accurate record-keeping. Provide compassionate and responsive care to residents with various physical and mental health needs. Lead and support care staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and care standards. Maintain all residents' dignity, rights, and well-being at all times. Requirements: Valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified). Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Prior experience in elderly care, dementia, or learning disabilities is advantageous but not essential.
