Job Title: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Clinical Location: Shoreham By Sea Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 36 hours per week Salary: From £21.50 per hour (Paid Breaks) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our clinical team in Shoreham By Sea. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering 36 hours per week with paid breaks. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and coordinate care for residents in accordance with current best practices, policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor and evaluate residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care. Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Experience: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification. Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Previous experience in a similar clinical setting is preferred. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
