Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. This role offers the opportunity to work either day or night shifts in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record residents' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification. Current and valid NMC registration. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required.
