Sanctuary Personnel are recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join our client, a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team in a CQC-registered independent hospital located in the picturesque town of Market Weighton. This purpose-built facility is designed to support males with mental health challenges on their journey to recovery, providing person-centred and recovery-focused care. About the Service: The hospital offers a safe and structured environment that facilitates gradual integration into the local community. With a capacity to accommodate up to 15 individuals, the service progresses patients from admission to living semi-independently in an on-site flat scheme, and ultimately to a residential setting upon discharge. The hospital is an open service with the ability to secure the premises to ensure the safety of the service users. The Role: As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of a team that is committed to promoting recovery and independence. You will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their goals of community integration, enhanced daily living skills, and a deeper understanding of their mental health and associated risks. You will be working in a supportive environment that values collaboration, person-centred care, and continuous improvement. About You: They are looking for motivated individuals who are confident in their ability to support service users in their recovery journey. You should be flexible, caring, and committed to putting the needs of the service users first. You will also be keen to contribute to the ongoing development of the service and act as a positive role model and mentor for junior team members.
