Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward London / The Wellington Hospital (NW8 9LE) Full time: Monday - Sunday 37.5 hours per week Shift times: Flexible to work, long days, nights and weekends based on internal rotation.

Permanent Contract: Salary: Competitive depending on experience plus 9% shift allowance

We're looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated "Good " by the CQC.

The unit provides care for pre- and post-operative patients for a full range ofspecialities: plastics and breast surgeries, Colo -rectal, gynaecology, bariatric, ENT, upper GI, gynaecology, urology, vascular & general surgery

As the Staff Nurse, working within our surgical unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and also temporary staff.

You'll demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and to be accountable for own actions and contribute to the setting of clinical standards, policy and procedures and research-based care and other practice development initiatives.
