An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us at the Moorside Unit, across our 5 wards, including a female acute, male acute, a male PICU and two older adult wards. We offer a supportive preceptorship package for newly qualified nurses to develop and grow within their career and pride ourselves on our development opportunities. The post holder will contribute to the assessment of service users and help deliver collaborative personalised interventions that are service user, carer and quality focused. Through their interventions, they will deliver high-level, quality care and evidence-based interventions within a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care within the wider team. Main duties of the job
