Permanent MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art, private hospital based in Margate for a Ward Nurse to work in one of their bespoke wards. Our esteemed client offers an extensive range of highly specialised services within the hospital - ensuring you an engaging caseload within your work, to aid in career development and gaining new skills. You will be joining a dedicated wards department, and you should be able to work fluidly within the team or independently when needed. Our client offers many different welfare systems to ensure your personal wellbeing whilst working, giving you the chance to express yourself in the workplace! Duties of the role include: Ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures. Safeguarding, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised patient care. Preparing and maintaining clinical records of patient care.
