£20-£21 per hour About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
NMC-registered Staff Nurse
to join our team at a care facility located in the heart of Donwell Village, Washington. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of our residents during night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional, person-centered nursing care in line with NMC standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and manage residents' health conditions and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and care plans. Supervise and mentor care staff to ensure excellent care delivery. Support residents’ emotional, social, and physical well-being. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Valid NMC Registration (PIN). Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role (care home experience is a plus). Strong clinical skills and an ability to work independently during night shifts. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A caring and empathetic approach to nursing.
