Responsibilities:
Ensuring the overall wellbeing of residents by understanding and responding to their needs. Supervising and training team members on wellness services. Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance, including attendance at QA meetings. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a neurocare and neurorehabilitation service. Supporting younger adults with complex needs in a fulfilling environment. Providing a range of care services, from short-term rehabilitation to end-of-life care.
