Staff Wellbeing Facilitator

to support our team’s emotional and mental well-being across all

seven Abbotsford care homes . Based at our

head office , you’ll lead reflective conversations, provide support in team meetings, and facilitate

Active Restorative Check-ins (ARCs)

to help staff manage workplace challenges. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams feel valued, supported, and empowered. Key Responsibilities Supporting Staff Wellbeing Hold regular one-to-one and group sessions to offer a confidential space for staff to discuss workplace challenges and personal well-being. Provide guidance, resources, and proactive support to help staff build emotional resilience and maintain positive mental health. Support the embedding of reflective performance processes, including training and observing staff practice to develop skills and knowledge. Facilitating Meetings & ARCs Organise and support team meetings and ARC sessions, ensuring these forums address staff concerns effectively. Oversee logistics, including scheduling, setting agendas, and documenting key outcomes. Lead staff well-being initiatives to help staff manage stress and build a positive workplace culture, supporting organisational development. Adapt the framework based on staff feedback to ensure it meets their evolving needs. Reporting & Feedback Regularly update management on staff wellbeing initiatives and overall morale. Gather and analyse staff feedback to continuously improve support strategies. What We’re Looking For Experience in a supportive, coaching, or counselling role—ideally within healthcare or caregiving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a safe and supportive space for staff. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A background in mental health support or related fields is highly desirable. This is a
