Staffing Coordinator

In this position, you will be responsible for managing staff bookings, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining accurate workforce records using Humanforce. We're looking for someone with experience in workforce coordination, payroll, or HR operations, who possesses excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. What you’ll do: Coordinate staff bookings to meet operational requirements, ensuring shifts are fully covered. Support payroll processes by verifying attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets, and liaising with the payroll team. Utilise Humanforce to maintain and update workforce schedules, employee profiles, and attendance records. Communicate with staff regarding scheduling updates, shift confirmations, and queries. Assist in monitoring and resolving any payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the payroll department. Support onboarding processes for new staff, including system setup and training on Humanforce. Ensure timely and accurate staff bookings to support operational needs. Maintain updated and precise records in Humanforce. Provide clear and professional communication with staff and payroll teams. Resolve payroll-related issues promptly and effectively. What you bring: Experience: Experience in workforce coordination, payroll, or HR operations. Familiarity with workforce management systems, particularly Humanforce, or similar tools. Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in Humanforce or equivalent workforce management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive payroll information discreetly. Knowledge: Understanding of payroll processes and workforce scheduling.
