Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and surrounding areas. Employment Type:
Full-time Salary:
£25K - £30k pa with benefits and potential for overtime. Key Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and servicing of stairlifts in clients’ homes and commercial premises. Troubleshooting and repairing issues to ensure optimal stairlift performance and user safety. Providing exceptional customer service by explaining operations and offering guidance on safe usage. Completing routine safety checks and detailed documentation for each service visit. Requirements: Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or similar role in mobility/access solutions. Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with relevant certifications preferred. Full, clean driving license. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
