We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stairlift Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities Install and commission stairlifts, ensuring they are fully operational and meet safety standards. Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of stairlifts to ensure continued reliability and compliance with regulations. Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, providing technical solutions to minimize downtime. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments on-site. Provide professional and friendly support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using company systems. Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in good working order. Requirements Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or in a similar role. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Stairlift Engineering (or equivalent qualification). Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Valid UK driving license. Willingness to travel.
