The pub is close to the ancient woodland of Burnham Beeches and is surrounded by strong demographics, with approximately 2,300 adults living within a 10-minute walk. There is no competition in the immediate area, with the nearest pub being a 15-minute walk away. The Dukes Head already has an established trade with great potential.
The planned refurbishment will enhance this with a full internal and external re-decoration. These changes, alongside the ability to show all major live sporting events, will make this a truly great local pub. The proposed investment will allow for Star Pubs & Bars to strip, stain, and repolish the existing timber bar, add a new back bar, and install new flooring. Additionally, a new darts area will be added to the pub. The entire interior will undergo re-decoration and benefit from new fixtures and fittings.
