Role Responsibilities: The postholder must have a full and relevant early years qualification at a minimum level 3 and must be passionate about working with children with SEND. We request that the candidate has experience in working in partnership with a wide range of practitioners and stakeholders to support the delivery of a range of early years programmes which ensures families receive effective early intervention/preventative services in line with the aims of the Family Hubs program and core offer. The postholder will work within the Family Hubs with children 0-19 (25 for young people with SEND) and will provide Portage home visiting sessions for children with SEND needs.
