We’re looking for a
Static Care Worker
to join our team at Llys Ton, in
Kenfig Hill, Bridgend. If you’re caring, committed and have bags of oomph, then we want you on our team! This role is a permanent position, working 21 hours per week and offering a pay rate of £12.10 per hour. As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, we will support you to do this and your training time will be paid. We’ll give you: Fully paid training Paid travel time and mileage (45p/mile) Flexible schedule to fit around you Paid DBS and professional qualifications Shopping Discounts Paid support for your health and wellbeing. Develop with the support of our Learning and Development team You will support people in their own homes and at Llys Ton in Kenfig Hill to live independently and offer companionship. You’ll really make a difference to the lives of others and become a valued part of someone’s day.
