I am currently representing a well-established M&E specialist with over 100 staff who are currently in search of a static electrical bias M&E Engineer to work on a static site in York. THE COMPANY:
3 offices in the UK Provide M&E to a range of commercial and retail portfolios Turnover around £11 million a year with their maintenance division turning over £7 million alone THE ROLE – Static M&E Engineer
Completes PPM tasks in line with the yearly planner on site Electrical PPM Tasks and reactive tasks FCUs (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls) AHUs Pumps Motors Lighting & Emergency Lighting Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves) REQUIREMENTS
Client Facing Electrical bias 17th or 18th edition with level 2 or 3 in electrical installations SALARY & PACKAGE:
£35,000 - £39,000 No call out rota Overtime available paid at a flat rate of time and 2/3 to a maximum of £28.00 per hour Company mobile Company tablet 20 days holiday & 8 Bank Holidays rising per year up to a maximum of 25 days Company pension scheme Company health scheme (after a qualification period) Expenses paid for any out of pocket expenses incurred Hand tools to be supplied by the engineer, and any specialist tools required will be supplied Generous sick pay at the discretion of the company Company uniform and PPE supplied Enjoy social events including company away days with colleagues, friends & family Death in service benefit x2 your salary rate Abundance of training and development through a scholarship scheme and particular training Please Contact Georgie Thain
