Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the car rental station, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet. Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules to maximize efficiency. 2. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints. Train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service. 3. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents, customer service representatives, and other team members. Schedule shifts and manage staff workload to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation. 4. Sales and Financial Management: Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services. Manage the station’s budget, control costs, and ensure profitability. 5. Fleet Management: Monitor and manage the station’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and available for rental. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles. Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and reduce idle time. 6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Oversee the proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
