Position:
Steel Erectors/Fitters & Mates Responsibilities: Working on erecting and fitting structural steelwork. Drilling steel work and fixing anchor bolts to frames and posts. Working on staircases, balconies, handrails, etc. Working in the Fab Shop if required. Position:
Steel Fabricator Welder - Working Chargehand Responsibilities: Working on structural & architectural fabrication, welding, erecting, and installation. Supervising skilled trades & mates to ensure they work safely, to schedule, and to QC specs. Additional Responsibilities: Fabrication of structural & architectural steel work from drawings. Welding using MIG mainly, plus MMA if required, to coded specs. Covering work in the Norwich & Cambridge areas mainly, plus other areas as required in a 50-mile + radius of Thetford, Norfolk. Working in the Fab Shop if required. Location:
Norwich, Norfolk & Cambridge, Cambs Hours of Work:
0730 to 1600 plus overtime as required Mon to Fri plus weekends if required Pay:
Skilled from £15 to £17.50 + per hr Mon to Fri & £18 to £20 per hr Sat on Ltd basis Depending on experience. Semi-Skilled & Mates from £13 to £14.50 per hr Mon to Fri. Term of Work:
4 to 13 weeks + Qualifications:
C&G or NVQ 3 Safety Cards/Certs:
CSCS Card, or ECITB Safety Passport. Ideally IPAF Mobile Platform Card. Ideally skilled with operating Mobile Platform to access areas. Any of these would be a big plus.
