- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to position and secure steel reinforcements.
- Cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars and mesh into moulds for precast concrete products.
- Ensuring reinforcement structures meet required standards and specifications.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Following strict health and safety protocols at all times.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a steel fixer, preferably in precast concrete or construction.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Skilled in using hand tools and machinery for cutting and bending steel.
- A strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Commitment to teamwork and workplace safety.
