Transport Operations Coordinator – Stef’s Transport Millicent SA

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to operate from our depot located at Snuggery between Millicent and Mount Gambier SA.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the operations as the interface between the transport management, compliance, and maintenance systems to ensure Stef's meets its business, legal, and regulatory obligations. The role is also to assist the operations team in day-to-day tasks as allocated with the goal to develop and progress into senior operational roles as part of the succession planning.
Must have :
A willingness to learn the requirements of a transport operational role within the transport & logistics industry
Good computer administrative skills with Microsoft Office experience
Clear understanding of Operational & Customer value drivers
Organisational skills and able to think on your feet, work under pressure and retain a positive attitude
Have an understanding or prepared to learn the Road Transport related Rules and Regulations including NHVR, Compliance, Chain of Responsibility
Full working rights in Australia
You will report to the National Operations Manager and will work in conjunction with the operations team.
