£450 - £500 per week This role offers an excellent preparation for a teaching career, allowing you to build strong relationships with schools, gain hands-on experience, and understand the day-to-day environment of a classroom. About the School: The school is committed to fostering a caring and supportive atmosphere where students not only enjoy their time but are also challenged to meet high expectations. The campus features a technology-rich learning environment, providing access to a broad range of national curriculum subjects from Y3 to Y13. Innovative use of technology empowers students to engage in a wider curriculum with a team of dedicated professionals. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a degree (2:2 or above)—all disciplines are welcome, though a core subject is preferred. Be supportive, friendly, and approachable. Demonstrate resilience and motivation, inspiring students to reach their full potential. Have a creative and reflective mindset, capable of delivering well-structured support sessions to individuals. Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and student-focused team. Ideally have some experience working with young people (preferred but not essential). Be able to reliably commute to the Surrey area.
