Be part of a team where you can learn, grow, and make a tangible difference. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain steriliser and autoclave equipment in compliance with technical guidelines and safety standards. Ensure all activities align with Health and Safety legislation, reporting hazards and acting as the Radiological Protection Supervisor (RPS) for irradiators. Minimise downtime by addressing equipment failures promptly and taking emergency actions when required. Prepare project schedules and cost estimates to improve manufacturing processes. Adhere to statutory legislation and quality system requirements for process changes and initiation. Identify and address performance issues through coordinated activities and implement improvements. Pursue cost reduction opportunities to align with plant budget requirements. About You:

Education:

Degree or HNC in an engineering discipline; a management qualification is advantageous. Experience:

Proven engineering experience in a high-volume environment, ideally within medical device manufacturing, with expertise in control engineering. Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in fault rectification, process innovation, and project management. Compliance Knowledge:

Familiarity with planned maintenance, quality control, and Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead personnel, manage budgets, and adapt to change effectively. What's in It for You?
