Prospectus is excited to be working with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to help them recruit for a Stewardship Manager to join their team. MSF provides life-saving emergency relief and longer-term medical care to some of the most vulnerable and excluded communities around the world. As an independent medical humanitarian organisation, they deliver care based only on need, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or political affiliation.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a salary of £51,577.05 per annum. The postholder will be working 2 days a week from their offices in London and the rest from home.

The Stewardship Manager will deliver a defined stewardship programme aimed at engaging with major donors through a range of mechanisms to ensure that both new and existing donors are appropriately acknowledged, recognised, and informed about the impact of their giving, providing the highest quality of relationship with MSF UK. This central role has an overview of their portfolio of major donors to successfully deliver these activities. You will be developing the philanthropy thanking strategy and working with the Philanthropy Managers to also develop an engagement strategy for new donors.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of initiating and managing stewardship activities. The ideal candidate will be a confident manager and a team player with proven experience of developing donor stewardship strategies and a track record of managing and overseeing administrative functions.

At Prospectus, we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you with your application. We welcome all candidates to apply, regardless of age, sex/gender, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status or pregnancy/maternity. If you have any disability and require reasonable adjustments to any part of the process, please contact Ariha Semontee at Prospectus on Ariha.Semontee@prospect-us.co.uk.

If you feel you meet some of the criteria but not all, we encourage you to inquire and learn more. Prospectus can advise and support you on each part of the role and your application, so we look forward to hearing from you.

In order to apply, please submit your CV in the first instance. Should your experience be suitable, we will arrange for a meeting to brief you on the role. You'll then have all the information you need to formally apply. We are looking forward to connecting with you soon.
