Stock Administrator

on a

full-time, permanent basis

to join our

Heineken

team in

Coventry . You will be working any

5 days out of 7 , covering the day hours of

14:00 – 22:00. What you’ll do on a typical day: Maintaining stock integrity within assigned area of activity whilst investigating and resolving stock issues when required Managing and controlling documentation to the agreed standards Collating operational KPI information accurately and within agreed timescales Ensuring full audit process compliance within stock & admin functions What you need to succeed at GXO: Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships Be IT literate (Advantageous: SAP, JDA, MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook) Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines Have a flexible approach to working times when business requires We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
