We are looking for someone driven who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking for more than “Just another Admin job”.

This role has administrative responsibility for Procurement & logistics and general office work maintained in line with ongoing requirements. This role also involves other duties, which might reasonably be requested to meet business requirements. The role reports into the Procurement Manager.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities: Liaise with warehouse team and book received goods in the system, in a timely manner. Supporting Procurement Manager with helping source new raw material and packaging if required. Conduct a Daily/weekly/monthly stock count and reconciliation for all raw materials held within the factory - investigating discrepancies as required. Maintain Raw material and Packaging cost accurately on the system. Request Logistic quote for new customer's requirements. Request required Supplier approval documentation from new suppliers and chase if not provided on time. Formulate all product sampling requests in a timely manner. Undertake relevant project work as determined by the Managers linked to the business improvement plan.

Procurement and Logistics: Maintain procurement schedules and update on a daily basis. Raise Purchase orders, ensuring accuracy. Communicate any potential delays, supply, or product issues to the impacted teams. Check suppliers can meet required delivery dates when no order confirmation is received.

Qualifications: Analytical ability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. At least 2 years FMCG experience ideally gained within the food industry. Advanced IT skills particularly with Excel (Pivot table, Hlookup, Vlookup, Indexmatch etc). Methodical and diligent approach to working. Excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator both written and verbal. Team Player who is respectful and honest. Ability to make decisions and use initiative. Ability to cope with multiple tasks and priorities.
