to cover the Cheltenham patch with a well-respected social housing organisation. The reason for the role opening up is they are looking to expand their team and are looking for someone who is determined and driven to join this team.
Contract:
Temporary Location:
Cheltenham Duration:
6 months temporary paid through umbrella Rate:
£30-32 an hour
Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively Collate detailed stock condition information
Benefits to the Stock Condition Surveyor:
Possibility of getting paid outside IR35 and through CIS Long term temporary contract Competitive rate
