The post holder will be required to complete stock condition surveys and fire risk assessments, ensuring the asset register is updated and producing suitable property drawings, as well as compiling an Architype register for all properties. You may also be required to carry out pre- and post-inspections and produce relevant surveys, schedules, and specifications as required.
You must be confident with the use of IT and capable of navigating through MS Office, Outlook, and have knowledge and skills in the use of databases and AutoCAD. You must also be confident to work independently, although support from the broader team is always available. We require dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking people to join our team. It is preferable that you have some experience of working in a person-centred environment or with older and more vulnerable client groups, although full induction and ongoing training is provided.
