We are recruiting an outstanding opportunity for a stock condition surveyor on a permanent basis. This role will undertake condition surveys on domestic properties to determine the age of components and energy efficiency. Responsibilities:

Surveys of houses and flats Surveys of blocks and communal areas Logging of any HHSRS failures RDSAP Logging condition and energy information on a tablet Candidates should have experience of working as a surveyor, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, and should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience. A domestic energy qualification is desirable, although this can be gained on the job.
