We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent basis.
This role will undertake condition surveys on domestic properties to determine the age of components and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Surveys of houses and flats Surveys of blocks and communal areas Logging of any HHSRS failures RDSAP Logging condition and energy information on a tablet Candidates should have experience working as a surveyor, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, and should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience. A domestic energy qualification is desirable, although this can be gained on the job.
