Stock Condition Surveyor
to work with a well-respected organisation. The reason for the role opening up is they are looking to expand their team and are looking for someone who is determined and driven to join.
They are looking for people to cover Yeovil and surrounding areas.
The
Stock Condition
role will be paid by survey depending on the different types of properties.
Stock Condition: House (24) Block (27) Flat (20)
Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager. Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively. Collate detailed stock condition information.
Benefits to the Stock Condition Surveyor: Possibility of getting paid outside IR35 and through CIS. Long-term temporary contract. Uncapped amount of money to earn and depends on how many surveys you want to complete.
