who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally and externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry that has won a large contract covering Barking, and we are looking for
3 Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs
to partake in this program.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Stock Condition Surveying Experience Experience with lodging EPCs HHSRS Experience
Benefits:
Gain more experience in the building surveying industry Flexible working hours Payment outside of IR35
This will be a
3-month contract
with the possibility of leading on to additional work.
