I am looking for

Stock Condition Surveyors

to join a Housing association, covering stock in Hertfordshire. The Stock Condition Surveyors will be responsible for carrying out 5 surveys per day, with business mileage included for site-based travel. This role offers hybrid working.

Stock Condition Surveyor Duties:

Maintain, update and validate the stock condition database Carry out 5 completed surveys per day Report any repairs identified whilst carrying out surveys Occasionally liaise with tenants to book in surveys

What is Required for the Stock Condition Surveyor Role:

Experience within social housing Ability to liaise with tenants Experience with HHSRS and EPC - Desirable Experience in a similar position Knowledge of Keystone
