Seeking a warehouse professional to join our team, with a passion for systems, people and leadership. If you are fit, energetic and customer focused then this may be the role for you. This is a permanent part-time role working 15 hours per week at our Warehouse located in Sydenham. Te Whakahaerenga/The Organisation:
Nurse Maude is a well-known and highly regarded organisation, who have been providing healthcare services to the community for over 120 years. Our Warehouse team picks, packs and delivers orders both for the Nurse Maude Health and Mobility Shop, and external clients. Te Mahi/About the Position:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Stock Control Officer will support the Supply team with all stock control activities. Key aspects of this role include: Supporting and developing Stock Control Officers Encouraging teamwork and efficient delivery of the service Picking and packing orders Loading/unloading deliveries Answering phone and email queries (answering mobile phone when required) Delivering orders by van Ensuring accurate administrative processes Completing rolling stock-takes Monitoring stock levels to ensure sustainable levels Liaising with the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Officer where discrepancies occur He momo/About you:
To be successful in this role you will have: A minimum of 12 months warehouse experience A full, clean drivers licence Commitment to health and safety Experience and success multi-tasking and working under pressure Experience working in a small team Experience with inventory management Good administration skills and an eye for detail Good people skills, with a desire to get the best out of people Ki te huanga/Benefits of working at Nurse Maude:
