We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our team here at HMP Bullingdon - a Category B male remand and resettlement prison near Bicester.
As our new Stock Controller, you will manage our inventory of medical supplies, ordering stock and managing deliveries. This is a new and exciting opportunity which you can really make your own! We want you to join us and show us what you can do!
Hours:
This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday. Shift patterns are ideally 07:30 - 15:30, however we can be flexible on this. Salary:
This position is full-time, and you'll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 - depending on experience. How will we support you? Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course Competency framework Regional and national career development opportunities Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs Support from the wider team Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks. Main duties of the job Ensuring minimums and maximums in the stock cupboards Working with department leads across all of healthcare to ensure they have the stock required Place orders with NHS supplies and other suppliers Manage inventory across the whole of healthcare Sourcing specialist stock for individual patients Regularly reviewing stock held in treatment rooms on the wings Checking off stock on arrival and ensuring it is stored safely Approving stock order invoices Being responsible for keeping track of the servicing of medical equipment and arranging service visits Assist the admin team on occasion if needed If you are interested in
