to join our team. Our client is a leading business specializing in horticultural supply chain services, delivering high-quality plants and flowers to major retailers across Europe. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an efficient and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Details of a Stock Controller: Location:

£13.44 per hour Duration:
Ongoing Working Hours: Sunday to Friday:
6am - 4pm Schedule Flexibility:
Must be willing to adapt to business needs, including occasional weekend or holiday work if required. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate stock records and performing regular scheduled stock counts. Organizing space and correctly placing stock throughout the warehouse. Assisting in receiving and checking all deliveries, ensuring stock is accurately checked and recorded. Transferring stock to the correct warehouse areas, ensuring products and packaging remain undamaged. Maintaining stock rotation and participating in stock checks with the warehouse supervisor. Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the product quality in your area. Ensuring high standards of health, safety, quality, and hygiene in the production environment. Reporting health and safety issues, accidents, or near-misses to supervisors and first aiders. Setting a good example of behavior and assisting in training new colleagues. Unloading goods when necessary and working flexibly in different areas of the business as required. Recommending improvements to work methods to enhance productivity, safety, and performance. Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by management. What We’re Looking For: A hardworking and reliable individual with a proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential. Note:
