The

Stock Controller (SC)

is a people and consumer focused leader who is supportive of an inclusive environment. With direction from the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the SC enables an effective and efficient operation by maintaining the highest levels of stock accuracy. You’ll join the Site Management Team, partnering with key collaborators within a fast-paced environment. You will take responsibility for stock accuracy at the Telford factory and minimise the discrepancies between SAP system and reality. What we offer:

Responsibilities & Duties:

Adhere to the cycle count calendar, performing stock counts with integrity and performing root cause analysis when necessary. Keep stock count files up to date. Make vital adjustments in SAP system to correct stock discrepancies when identified. Proactively propose and implement solutions to tackle the root causes of stock inaccuracy. Occasionally cover the role of Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Administrator or Warehouse Manager. Ensure all return stock from production is returned accurately on SAP system. Effectively engage with the creation or modification of Standard Operating Procedures, or Work Instructions. Lead on implementation of planning KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) pillar and improvement of supply chain planning practices and procedures. Liaise with external resources such as other Kraft Heinz factories or third-party service providers to resolve IT related issues and document resolution. Attend stock related meetings as required. Qualifications and Experience:

Constantly seeking areas for improvement and ways to reduce complexity. Strives for continuous learning to keep skills current. Ability to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines, with impressive planning skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Proficiency in SAP desirable. About Us:
