RETAIL We're a collaborative and creative team, utilizing our expertise and passion in product and styling combined with state-of-the-art technology, to deliver a truly unique and personalized shopping experience for our clients, both in store and online. THE ROLE Reporting into the Stock Room Manager, we are looking for a Stock Controller to join the team at our Browns Fashion store in the heart of Mayfair. The Stock Controller will be responsible for the movement of stock, as well as looking for ways to improve processes and eliminate stock loss and damage. The role will involve hands-on stockroom operation management, working with the Stockroom Manager in a luxury goods retail business stockroom with a capacity of 25,000 units, which is servicing both a retail store and website clientele.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ensure that training and development opportunities for further responsibilities are provided. Coordinate and conduct stock counts and cycle counts to prevent and minimize discrepancies. Investigate and correct stock variances. Monitor existing processes across the business to maintain stock accuracy. Oversee timely investigations of online order queries related to missing stock. Implement new processes with the Stock Room team to reduce the number of issues. Liaise with cross-functional departments and the distribution center regarding stock movements and corrections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to stock-related procedures and reporting. Monitor stock flow between the distribution center and the store. WHO YOU ARE

A motivated individual with a can-do attitude. A seasoned Stock Controller with proven ability to conduct stock investigations and effective resolutions implementation. Knowledgeable about inventory management software such as Storm, Cegid, or Nav (preferred). An experienced professional with a great background managing stock movements. BENEFITS AND REWARDS
