Our client is looking for an experienced Stock Controller on a permanent basis. Hours of work are 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (30 mins lunch break). Some overtime may be required when needed. Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock/inventory and the purchasing of materials and parts for the company. Track shipments both inbound and outbound. Oversee inventory monthly counts, spot counts, and cycle counting audits. Produce count discrepancy reports. Maintain reports of purchases and pricing and update the Protean system accordingly. Participate actively in inventory stock audits. Produce reports as required. Minimum Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role in a Stores/Warehouse environment. Good understanding of supply chain, stock control, warehouse processes, and procedures. Working knowledge of inventory/Stock management systems/software (e.g., Protean). Good IT skills (Excel, Word & Outlook). Strong oral/written communication skills. Literacy & numeracy skills. Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck certification is desirable but not essential. Excellent organizational skills. Good communication and time management skills. Team player.
