Responsible for the accurate recording of stock location, quantity, value, and condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Booking in goods received using company software Respond to stock enquiries from the sales team Log orders and confirm timescales Book stock out to relevant jobs prioritizing due dates Allocate serial numbers and produce labels Arrange transport Identify and investigate trends in stock adjustments Monitor stock levels and identify when purchase orders need to be raised Chase suppliers to ensure delivery due dates are met Record stock location, quantity, value, and condition Knowledge / Experience
Experience with Word / Excel Confident and professional Able to multi-task Good attention to detail and accuracy
