Competitive Salary Stock control experience essential About Our Client Our client is a well-established entity in the Manufacturing industry. This company is based in Stockport and operates on a national scale, having a significant footprint in the UK market. Job Description Efficient management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process. Work closely with procurement to ensure timely delivery of items. Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory turnover. Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best prices. Work cross-functionally with sales and finance departments to forecast demand. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and present reports on stock levels and supply chain performance. The Successful Applicant A successful Stock Controller should have: Experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing or Warehouse environment. Sage 200 experience Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in inventory management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. What's on Offer A salary of £28,000 per annum.
