To deliver & maintain an accurate finished goods stock position in all Warehouse locations. To ensure fit-for-purpose stock control processes are adopted across the business and maintained. To ensure timely receipt of stock onto ERP systems to enable & support supply continuity. What will you be doing?

As a Stock Controller, your main tasks will include: Book in and receive all finished goods stock across the UK & EU in all finished goods warehouse locations to ensure the most accurate stock position is maintained on the ERP system. Be the main point of contact (internally & externally) for all stock control queries and issues. Management of all system interfaces between the ERP system and external partners, managing issue resolution with IT partners where interfaces are not working correctly. Managing and maintaining the optimum GRN process, including the stock receipt and checks to ensure stock is booked onto the ERP system within 24 hours of receipt/released. Storing, maintaining and managing information & documentation related to all inbound finished goods shipments to enable PO, GRN & Invoice matching to enable a timely invoice process. GDP Compliance – Development of global activities to ensure we are working within the parameters of Good Distribution Practice regulations. The Person

Experience with a stock control position Competent user of Excel and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Team Player Confident written and verbal communication style Experience with ERP systems desirable Previous experience in a role requiring awareness of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is preferable but not essential.
