Our client is a well-established garden centre business with sites around London.

They are now seeking a Stock Manager to join one of their sites.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Garden Centre stock levels and stock file accuracy. Work with the garden centre teams to ensure proper controls are in place to reduce stock loss and inaccuracy of stock file. Support the day-to-day running of the garden centre. Under the direction of the Garden Centre Manager, manage team performance and efficiency in all matters relating to the processing, storing, and disposal of stock. Resolve customer issues and complaints to bring about effective resolution and encourage customers to return.

Minimum Requirements: Experience of stock control, ideally within a retail business. Able to work as part of a team and supervise staff. Good communication skills.
