You will manage key stock procedures, including ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time, overseeing deliveries while supporting staff to maximize time efficiency, conducting quarterly stock takes, and leading logistics projects. At the same time, you will be responsible for delivering 5-star customer service on the shop floor and contributing innovative ideas to enhance operations, collaborating closely with both the Shop Floor and Visual Merchandising teams. As a leader, you’ll motivate and develop staff across both the Back of House and Shop Floor teams, ensuring time is used effectively and proactively addressing daily challenges to drive success.

Liaise with external departments, such as Customer Services and Retail Manufacturing, to maintain smooth logistical processes. Manage large deliveries, delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Assess stock needs for all floors, ensuring displays and back stock levels are consistently met. Motivate and manage team members responsible for restocking and visual merchandising. Communicate fulfillment or product-related issues with sales and management teams. Work with the VM team to address customer shopping hotspots and adjust displays accordingly. Deliver remarkable customer service by leading through example on the shop floor. Weekly Tasks: Optimize wastage and manage freshness guidelines to meet operational standards. Organize recharges and credits efficiently to maintain accurate records. Update weekly sales figures and adjust ordering sheets to reflect sales trends and product changes (including seasonal ranges). Split time between stock handling (80%) and shop floor leadership (20%) to ensure a balanced focus. Analyze stock movement trends and adjust processes to improve inventory levels. Lead monthly team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address challenges. Conduct training sessions or workshops to upskill team members and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional challenges and ensure smooth operations.
