SMB Storage Architect

We are currently looking for a SMB Storage Architect to support our migration of data from our Legacy VNX storage array to the new HP3PAR storage array in the client Data Centres.
This role requires an active SC clearance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise storage solutions, with a strong focus on HP3PAR. Expertise in migrating data from Legacy storage platforms, including IBM XIV and EMC VNX. In-depth understanding of storage architectures, including tiering, performance optimisation, and scalability. Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methodologies. Strong documentation skills, with experience delivering HLDs and LLDs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning for storage solutions. Familiarity with other storage technologies and platforms. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, particularly in regulated sectors.
