What the role involves

• Maintain PowerStore arrays, including block, file, and VMware integrations.
• Unity XT Management — Oversee Unity XT storage systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and data protection.
• Manage LUNs, file systems, shares, and storage pools for diverse workloads.
• Performance Tuning — Monitor IOPS, latency, and throughput to ensure consistent service levels.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration — Partner with server, virtualisation, and application teams to support enterprise platforms.

Skills and requirements

• We’re seeking a Midrange Storage Engineer with deep experience across Dell Power.
• Dell PowerStore Expertise — Strong understanding of PowerStore architecture, clustering, and data‑reduction technologies.
• Unity XT Proficiency — Hands‑on experience with Unity XT provisioning, FAST VP, and Unisphere management.
• Storage Networking — Knowledge of SAN (FC/iSCSI) and NAS protocols (NFS/SMB).
