Visiting customer installations to assess requirements and visiting end users to ensure solution satisfaction. The ability to undertake and complete customer site surveys. Designing and drawing pallet racking installations using AutoCAD. The production of costing and proposals for customers working with external suppliers. Working with and supporting the MHE Team on client inquiries. Working within the ILS Team on integrated solutions. Tasks and Qualifications:
Pallet racking sales experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years. Experience of AutoCAD with the ability to design and draw warehouse installations. Experience of all Storage Solutions and Storage products and applications. An understanding of materials handling flows within warehouse operations. Previous experience of creating and presenting both hard copy proposals and PowerPoint presentations. Confident communicator to all levels of stakeholders both internally (e.g. Directors) and externally (e.g. customers). IT literate – including intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD. Full driving license.
